Abstrak

This study explores the legal policies in Indonesia and their impact on human rights protection. The research examines the intersection between national legal frameworks and the international human rights standards in ensuring the protection and promotion of human rights. The findings suggest that while Indonesia has made significant strides in adopting international human rights principles, gaps in implementation, inconsistent enforcement, and challenges in the legal framework hinder full protection of human rights. The study calls for more coherent policy alignment, strengthening legal institutions, and improving public awareness to ensure effective human rights protection.
