Reformasi Hukum di Indonesia: Tantangan dalam Mewujudkan Keadilan Sosial

This study explores the ongoing legal reform process in Indonesia, focusing on the challenges faced in achieving social justice. Since the reform era (1998), Indonesia has undergone significant legal changes, including the adoption of new laws and the strengthening of democratic institutions. However, the implementation of these reforms has faced substantial challenges due to political interests, bureaucratic inertia, and inefficiencies within the judicial system. This research discusses the implications of legal reform for access to justice, the rule of law, and the protection of human rights, particularly for marginalized groups. The study suggests that while legal reform has laid the groundwork for social justice, the full realization of these goals requires continued institutional strengthening, public participation, and systematic monitoring of legal processes.
